Returns and Complaints

If you want to return a product purchased in our store, here you will find all the necessary instructions on how to do it.

Remember that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product. Returns made after this deadline will not be accepted.

The return procedure in our store is very simple:

STEP 1 – COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM

If you want to return a purchased product, first download and complete the return form available at this link: form.

Then, print the completed form.

STEP 2 – PREPARE THE PACKAGE WITH THE RETURNED PRODUCT

Place the printed form and the returned product in the package in which you intend to send it back.

If possible, use the packaging in which we sent you the parcel to return - this will save you money and help reduce waste.

The package with the product should be prepared in such a way that the returned product reaches us safely. Remember that, in accordance with Art. 34 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, you are responsible for any damage to the product you cause, the value of which may be deducted from the money returned to you.

STEP 3 – SEND THE PACKAGE WITH THE RETURNED PRODUCT

Send the finished package by post or courier to the following address:

STEP 4 – WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY REFUND

We will refund the money for the product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.

We will refund you the money in the same way that was used to pay for the order.

If the product purchased in our store arrived damaged, defective or otherwise inconsistent with the contract, you can file a complaint. Here you will find all the necessary tips on how to do it.

You can submit a complaint within 2 years from the date of receipt of the package with the goods.

Remember that the non-conformity of the goods constituting the basis for filing a complaint must exist at the time of delivery of the goods.

The following cannot be the basis for filing a complaint:

  • scratches
  • dents
  • discoloration
  • gold plating falling off or worn off
  • elements torn off, broken off or otherwise detached from the Goods as a result of incorrect handling of the Goods
  • arising after delivery of the goods and resulting from normal wear and tear of the goods, use of the goods contrary to their intended purpose or improper maintenance of the goods.

Product complaints based on the above grounds will not be accepted.

The complaint procedure in our store is very simple:

STEP 1 – SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

As part of a complaint, you can:

demand the replacement of the goods with new ones or their repair, or submit a declaration of a reduction in the price of the goods or withdraw from the sales contract (i.e. return the goods) - provided that one of the cases specified in Art. 43e of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (including failure to repair or replace the goods despite submitting a complaint). Send a complaint containing one of the above requests to us by e-mail. In addition to the complaint request, please include the following information in the e-mail: Your name and surname; order number; bank account number; date of delivery of the goods; description of the noticed non-compliance (damage, defects) of the goods.

In addition, if possible, attach photos showing the non-compliance of the goods to the e-mail.

STEP 2 – WAIT FOR THE REPLY

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it by e-mail.

If the complaint is incomplete, we may ask you to complete it.

STEP 3 – COMPLAINT PROCESSING

If the complaint is accepted, we will immediately start implementing your request.

Product replacement or repair

If, as part of your complaint, you expect the product to be replaced with a new one or repaired, we will collect the complained product from you within the time agreed with you, unless you agree to send it back yourself (at our expense). We will then deliver you a new product or a repaired product.

Reducing the price of the product

However, if you expect a product price reduction, we will refund the difference between the original price and the reduced price within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Product return

If you want to withdraw from the sales contract (i.e. return the goods) as part of a complaint, after receiving our response confirming the complaint, send the product (by post or courier) to the following address:
