You can file a complaint within 2 years of receiving the package. If a product purchased in our store arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise inconsistent with the contract, you can file a complaint.
The complaints procedure in our store is very simple:
STEP 1 – FILE A COMPLAINT
As part of your complaint, you can:
Demand a replacement or repair of the goods, submit a declaration of a price reduction, or withdraw from the sales contract (i.e., return the goods) – provided that one of the cases specified in Article 43e of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights occurs (including failure to repair or replace the goods despite filing a complaint). Send a complaint containing one of the above requests to us by email. In addition to the complaint request, please include the following information in the email: your name and surname; order number; bank account number; delivery date; and a description of the observed nonconformity (damage, missing items).

Additionally, if possible, attach photographs to the email showing the non-conformity of the goods.

STEP 2 – WAIT FOR A REPLY
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it via email.
If the complaint is incomplete, we may ask you to complete it.
STEP 3 – COMPLAINT REALIZATION
If your complaint is accepted, we will immediately begin processing your request.
Product replacement or repair
If you are requesting a replacement or repair of the product as part of your complaint, we will collect the product from you within an agreed upon time, unless you agree to return it yourself (at our expense). We will then deliver the new or repaired product to you.
Reduction in product price
However, if you expect a reduction in the price of the product, we will refund you the difference between the original price and the reduced price within 14 calendar days of receiving the complaint.
Returning a product
If, as part of the complaint, you wish to withdraw from the sales contract (i.e. return the goods), after receiving our response regarding the acceptance of the complaint, send the product back (by post or courier) to the following address:

Whenever possible, use the same packaging we shipped your order in for your return – this will save you money and help reduce waste. The product shipment should be prepared so that the returned product reaches us safely.
We will refund the product within 14 days of receiving the package.
We will refund your money using the same method you used to pay for the product.
